uraforever Posted May 18, 2023 Share Posted May 18, 2023 Hello, Today I was told that I was disqualified from winning prizes from forum's challenge due to the fact that my account did not pass a phone verification. As part of KYC, I totally understand the necessary of Casino to collect player's personal information. And I am more than ready to provide my phone number to BC.GAME. But it has been almost half year since I first submit the Google form regarding the system errors when I attempt to verify my phone number. Until now, there was no respond and my account was still remining un -verified. Back to the topic, I do not think it is fair to me that I could not get my prizes from forum challenges just because the website somehow cannot function properly to Canadian players. Wegotthis Posted May 23, 2023 Share Posted May 23, 2023 I've had the same issue. Support told me that Canada is a restricted country and you therefore cannot get your canadian phone number verified.
