Hello,

I play on this casino from a lot of time, and all experiences in win and loss were great, and never had a problem.

Today I had a big win, but I received this strange message.
WITHDRAW LOCKED: The third-party game platform is reviewing the game results, please wait patiently

My withdraw failed and I had back the credit in my wallet.
No one is responding in this moment from customer and Vip support.

Also another strange thing: soon after my attempts to contact the support, I had a new ETH deposit on my account of  0.000001 ETH that I never did. Email I received about this said to soon change password and I promptly did. It never happened to have an unknown deposit.

Could someone help me or tell me when this will get sorted? Is a bit worrying.
